Sex therapy with Kristen Lilla, the only AASECT Certified Therapist, Certified Sexuality Educator, and dual supervisor in the states of Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Washington, and Wisconsin, is a personal investment in your mental health as well as your personal and sexual relationships.

Couples counseling and individual therapy is provided via Telehealth by appointment only.  Appointments can be made by telephone, texting, or email.

All sessions scheduled are for 50 minutes (unless more time is requested). All fees are to be paid at time of service.  Kristen Lilla accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA Accounts.  Please contact Kristen for her current rates.

Please note, Medical Insurance is not accepted.

Kristen Lilla’s operating hours are Tuesday- Thursday. Appointments are 50-minutes long, unless otherwise requested. Evening appointments are available upon request.

Weekends are reserved for 6, 12, or 18 hour long intensives for individuals or couples who want a more in-depth experience or are traveling from out of town and cannot make it to weekly sessions.
